New Diet, Who Dis?

Vegetarian Mama mom of three, storyteller, actor, YouTuber and business woman just trying to get her life one bite at a time.

Though I had several brushes with a plant-based diet, my most recent transition arose from my desire to be healthy and to wean myself from medication.

A few weeks in I was able to lower my blood pressure, lost weight and curbed some of my food cravings for meat. However, bread has become an absolute obsession, so the goal is to eat regularly before I get hungry and go postal with the bread products.
